The Aquaculture and Processing seafood in Vietnam is developing strongly. Vietnam is considered as the biggest fisheries farm and source in the world with over 750,000 ha square aquaculture and about 320 seafood processing factories. The export turn-over of seafood in year 2011 of Vietnam is about 6.22 billion USD and export to many country such as Russia, Australia, Asian countries, Middle East,… even serious market like Europe, America. As the result, the seafood market nowadays is very competitive between seller with seller and buyer with buyer. To assure that products which the importer buy from the supplier can compete in market, the most important thing is QUALITY of products. If the importer buy good products, the consumers at their market will accept and buy these products, then, the importer will get more prestigious and profits.
